Mon Service Déchets (MSD) is a white-label Web and Mobile (iOS & Android) digital platform for citizens of SUEZ's client communities, aimed at informing and guiding users on a daily basis in sorting their waste.
To support the deployment of the MSD Digital Service, the Suez Circular Solutions entity, attached to SUEZ Smart & Environmental Solutions, called upon Gabriel Greenfield to assume both product ownership and the conduct of a functional and technical audit.

Our achievements

  • Acceleration of the MSD product roadmap on Web and Mobile, as well as the deployment of new features

  • Assistance in meeting the needs of local representatives, as well as in responding to calls for tenders from local authorities

  • Specifying new features for optimal user experience

  • Accelerating user adoption of applications and supporting new commercial deployments within local authorities

  • Audit of the existing functional and technical solution:

— Functional and UX limitations,
— Analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the administration site and the processes for updating all content,
— Studies of risks to avoid,
— Definition of a tool and a target platform,
— Proposal of target technical solutions & SWOT analysis,
— Macro-level cost estimates for planned platform changes and migration to the various possible target solutions

  • Co-writing the specifications for the redesign of the Web and Mobile platform
