Compagnie des Alpes (CDA) is a leading European leisure group, operating the largest ski areas in the French Alps as well as distinctive leisure parks across Europe. Following two years severely disrupted by the international health crisis, CDA decided to focus on three strategic pillars: attractiveness, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
The group's activities already rely heavily on digital resources, but the ambition of the 2022-2025 IT master plan was to identify the projects that will best support strategic ambitions, while allowing room for business innovation through digital technology.
Our achievements
-
Gabriel Greenfield worked with CDA for 18 months to implement a comprehensive mapping of the various business functions and the information system assets supporting these business activities
-
To this end, we proposed and implemented a customized meta-model. A precise understanding of the existing system enabled a detailed analysis of its strengths and weaknesses, viewed through complementary business and technical lenses
-
Gabriel Greenfield then led the group's collaborative presentation of future projects, combining innovative business use cases with the digital innovations that enable them to be implemented
-
Finally, we facilitated the prioritization of projects for the next information system master plan, and provided a precise qualification (expected benefits, CAPEX & OPEX, capacity to be mobilized) for the selected projects
-
Capitalizing on and connecting business, functional, logical and technical visions within a single visual & collaborative tool (Ardoq)
-
Analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the existing system from a business and technical perspective
-
Collaborative projection onto innovative business targets, leveraging new digital accelerators for the group
-
Selection and prioritization of priority projects for the next 3 years
