Gabriel Greenfield was approached by one of our clients to lead the digitalization of their laboratories and the dissemination of a data-driven culture within the company. This project involves 3,000 users worldwide, spanning 30 disciplines and 8 R&D centers, and comprises two main objectives:

Redesign of R&I applications for gradual deployment in France and internationally
Leveraging application obsolescence and evolving data repositories, and using this as a catalyst to begin shifting mindsets towards a data-driven culture
