Gabriel Greenfield provides agile coaching for the FAST project to the business/IT teams of SFR and the fixed-price partner.
At the same time, Gabriel Greenfield is building the roadmap for SFR's agile transition on 6 axes: project life cycle, respect for roles, processes, program & portfolio management, third-party relations, KPIs.
