We support companies in their strategic metamorphosis by combining AI-enhanced enterprise architecture, redesign of operational models and lean change management.

Our approach integrates artificial intelligence at the heart of transformation processes to create learning and adaptive organizations, in an organic, responsible way, with respect for human heritage.

We orchestrate the continuous integration of innovation to transform your initiatives into sustainable competitive advantages. Our intervention covers intelligent systems architecture, the definition of new operating methods that natively integrate AI capabilities, agile change management, predictive financial modeling of the transformation program, and intelligent streamlining of the innovation portfolio.

Compliance

AI compliance now rests on two pillars, each with strict and enforceable obligations. ISO 42001 mandates a structured management system: a written policy, comprehensive mapping, impact assessments and risk management (bias, transparency, robustness) under the oversight of a dedicated governance body. The EU AI Act tightens these rules for ‘high-risk’ systems (credit, insurance, pricing), requiring an official register, decision logging and effective human oversight.

Failure to comply with these requirements is not merely a technical risk, but a strategic threat exposing the company to heavy financial penalties and lasting reputational damage.

Responsibility and ethics

Deploying AI requires taking full responsibility for its decisions, which makes transparency and explainability essential prerequisites. Automation must, without fail, maintain human oversight: every action must have an identified owner capable of intervening or overturning a result. Beyond technical risks, the integrity of the organisation rests on strict data governance, ensuring full traceability and rigorous access control. Finally, compliance with the framework of the EU AI Act is crucial to sustaining trust in the long term: we must now move from ‘secure’ AI to ‘responsible’ AI, where regulatory compliance is combined with the judicious and ethical use of technological resources.

Governance of AI and agents

The proliferation of AI agents is accelerating without coordination, leading to the deployment of systems without a central register, a designated owner or human validation, which exposes strategic data and automates decisions that cannot be reversed. This lack of governance poses an immediate business risk: it threatens brand reputation through irreversible errors, compromises data integrity via unsecured API calls, and undermines operational efficiency through the accumulation of errors relating to stock levels or pricing.

In response to these challenges, we have developed an agent-based governance framework. Find out how these phases are implemented:
